OWNERSHIP. This personal use license of the Client Web Site Package Material is not a sale. The Trademark use is protected by patent laws, other intellectual property laws and by international treaties. GLEAW Technology LLC owns and retains all rights not expressly granted in this licensee.

LICENSE. Provided that you comply with the terms of this Agreement, GLEAW Technology LLC grants the licensee a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use on a single web site for internal business purposes and is provided as-is. Value added a commercial use of a GLEAW Code or the Client Web Site Package material without a Commercial License is strictly prohibited.

RESTRICTIONS. You may not:

• Make any copies of the Client Web Site Package material other than an archival copy,
• Modify or create any derivative works of the Client Web Site Package material;
• Use the Client Web Site Package material to develop a commercial software or services;
• Rent, lend, lease, sublicense or otherwise transfer rights to the Client Web Site Package material;
• Remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the Client Web Site Package material;
• Use the Client Web Site Package material or its contents in any way that harms the integrity or reputation of the licensor, its products or its trademark;
• Use the Client Web Site Package in any way that violates this Agreement or any law.
